This non stick silicone baking mat is easier for me to bake any kinds of cookies without it burning the cookies and I don't have to spray any kind of oils downs . I applied my peanut butter cookies down to the mat and then let bake in the oven until they were done , It was easy to remove the cookies from this mat after I waited a few minute's for the cookies to cool down . My cookies weren't burning after using the mat and I was able to just wash the mat after I was done using it I do think this baking mat is large in size and you can fit alot of cookies on this baking mat . This baking mat has a soft texture to it and you can feel that when you are baking with this mat your food won't stick . This baking mat has a tan color on inside of it and the outside boarders all the way around is red I received this free exchange for my honest review.     Amazon Review
